Acreage & Topography

The property boasts 3km of sea frontage, consisting of a 1.5km long beach and a rocky promontory skirted by a mangrove estuary (a natural nursery for the abundant marine life).

Development Options

Option 1: Private Estate

A private estate with benefits that outweigh those of owning an island.

The property has agricultural potential, utilising the different land and soil types. As a private estate, the owner can be self-sufficient in meat, fruit, and tropical root crops. Fish can be bought from local fishermen or caught by owner or staff.

Option 2: Timeshare Private Estate/Resort

A timeshare property for up to 300 owners living in a central facility that will preserve the privacy and natural features of the property for the owners. Timeshare owners will have the right to access all 1835 acres of the property and to any income derived from the property to disburse costs of upkeep and to profits.

The present owners are a family that grew up on this property and of course would love that many people can come to enjoy and appreciate the beauty and many features of the property as they did.

Timeshare owners would have the option to live full time or part time on the property without the frustrations of building a home and maintaining their property. There is also potential for income when not being utilised by themselves, their family or friends.

General

There is space for an airstrip and a protected site for a marina.

There is potential in silviculture. There are around 500 acres of hill country which can be planted with long term valuable tree species such as sandalwood, agarwood and mahogany. This could return the original investment.
